Child & Adolescent Counseling
Helping Children and Adolescents Build Healthy Foundations for Success
Children and adolescents face unique emotional, behavioral, social, and academic challenges that can affect their well-being, relationships, and daily functioning. Counseling provides a safe and supportive environment where young people can express themselves, develop healthy coping skills, and build the confidence needed to navigate life’s challenges.
I work with children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, and adjustment difficulties. Through a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, I help young people identify their strengths, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and develop skills that support success at home, school, and in the community.

What to Expect
The counseling process begins with understanding the child’s strengths, challenges, history, and current concerns. Together, we will identify goals and develop a plan tailored to the child’s unique needs.
Sessions may include individual work with the child or adolescent, collaboration with caregivers, and family involvement when appropriate. The focus is on helping young people develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and build confidence in their ability to navigate challenges successfully.
Our Goal
The goal of child and adolescent counseling is to help young people build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, improve emotional and behavioral functioning, and strengthen the relationships that support their well-being.
Strengthening Hope. Restoring People. By helping children and adolescents develop the skills and support they need to thrive, we can create a foundation for lasting growth, confidence, and success.
