Evidence-Based Approaches
Services may incorporate specialized evidence-based treatment models when appropriate, including:
• Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for children and adolescents impacted by trauma and traumatic stress.
• Alternatives for Families: A Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (AF-CBT) for families experiencing conflict, communication difficulties, aggression, or parenting challenges.
• Problematic Sexual Behavior Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (PSB-CBT) for children and adolescents who have engaged in problematic sexual behaviors and their caregivers.
These evidence-based approaches provide structured interventions designed to address trauma, strengthen family relationships, improve communication, promote safety and accountability, and support healthy emotional and behavioral development.

What to Expect
Services begin with understanding the child or family’s strengths, challenges, concerns, and goals. Together, we will identify priorities, develop a plan of support, and build practical strategies that promote growth and stability.
Depending on the needs of the child and family, services may include individual work with youth, caregiver support, family sessions, coordination with schools, collaboration with child welfare or juvenile justice professionals, and advocacy across systems.
The focus is on helping children, youth, and families develop the skills and supports needed to successfully navigate challenges and achieve meaningful, lasting change.
Our Goal
The goal of Child, Youth & Family System Support is to strengthen family relationships, improve communication, reduce behavioral concerns, increase resilience, and help youth and families successfully navigate the systems that impact their lives.
Strengthening Hope Restoring People By providing compassionate support, evidence-based interventions, and collaborative problem solving, we work together to help children, youth, and families move toward greater stability, safety, and long-term success.
